I llavors es donen les condicions per conèixer i ser conseqüent amb la veritat de cadascú.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I... sorpresa! Va ser  un secret reservat per brahmans, prínceps i grans ioguis pel seu gran poder i la extraordinària rapidesa dels seus efectes, fins que el 1969, Yogi Bhagan va obrir-ho a tot el món. Gràcies a ell avui podem trobar professors a moltes ciutats d’Amèrica i Europa.&lt;br /&gt;Kundalini Yoga actua a nivell físic,  mental i espiritual, barrejant amb mestratge ancestral diferents tècniques de ioga: hatha ioga, pranayama, recitació de mantres, mudres, laia ioga (ritme i música), relaxació, meditació activa, meditació estàtica...&lt;br /&gt;Al Kundalini Ioga l’anomenem tecnologia o ciència perquè opera canvis positius en poques sessions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Com és una classe de Kundalini Ioga?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;És rica en elements i creativa. Barreja de tots els iogues.&lt;br /&gt;A cada classe treballem una sèrie completa d’exercicis dictats directament pel nostre mestre Yogi Baghan.
